• General policy:

Thank you for choosing Amaya Home!

To protect your own asset and safety, we highly recommend you follow these policies:

1. Please present your personal ID or Passport at check-in.
2. Please do not bring any weapons, inflammable objects, and any types of drugs inside the premises of Amaya Home. Consuming food in guest rooms are not allowed.
3. Please inform Amaya Home if you bring extra guest(s), or if you would like to change your room during your stay.
4. Please do not cook in your room. Our restaurant opensfrom 7:30 to 10:30 for breakfast, 11:00 to 16:00 for lunch and 18:00 to 21:00 for dinner (Last order at 20:30). Please inform our receptionist if you need any assistance.
5. Please note, if you bring your own foods or drinks, AMAYA will apply a surcharge just like other restaurants or hotels.
6. Please inform us if you want to bring your own alcohol drinks. AMAYA will apply a corkage charge fee for the drinks. You use the drinks at your own risk.
7. Please do not smoke inside any guest room and indoor public area such as the Reception, Restaurant, Spa…. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area and balcony (if balcony is available in your room). Please contact the reception for an ashtray request.
8. Please protect your own cash, documents and other valuable belongings while staying at Amaya Home. A safety box is provided for every room. Amaya Home is not liable for any losses that might occur.
9. Please turn off all electronic devices, water and lock the door before leaving your room.
10. Elderly and kids must be supported and supervised when using the facilities such as window, stair, balcony, bathroom,…

• Extra person policy:

🛏 Amaya Home warmly welcomes families and small groups. Here’s how our extra person policy works:

• Children under 10 y/o (sleep with parents on the same bed): Free of charge. Each additional child is charged 350,000 VND/person/night.
• Children from 10 to under 18 y/o: 500,000 VND/person/night.
• Adults over 18 y/o: 600,000 VND/person/night.

All rates include breakfast and are designed to ensure a comfortable stay for every guest here at Amaya Home. For more information,  please contact Amaya Home via our hotline at 0963 000 150.

• Hot tub, steam room & sauna policy:

Please follow the rules as below at all time for your enjoyment and safety:

1. Opening time from: 9:00 to 21:00
2. Please contact our receptionist 30 minutes before using the sauna, steam room and hot tub. The maximum capacity for the hot tub is 10 people at a time.
3. Please shower before using the Spa.
4. Please do not use the hot tub if you have infectious or communicable diseases.
5. For safety, children under 16 years old, pregnant women or people with health concerns, please do not use the sauna and/or steam room.
6. Please do not use the sauna, steam room and hot tub after consuming alcohol, any types of sedatives or any medication which can cause an increase or decrease in blood pressure.
7. The temperature for the sauna and steam bath should not go beyond 90o C (194o F). We recommend you take a break every 15 minutes while using the sauna, steam room and hot tub.
8. Please do not smoke inside the Spa.
9. You can protect your own assets by using our lockers inside the Spa.
10. By using Amaya Home’s spa facility, you are using the facility at your own risks.
11. Amaya Home has the right to refuse access to the facility to any guest at any time.

• Swimming pool policy:

Please follow the rules as below at all time for your enjoyment and safety:

1. Open hour: from 7:00 to 21:00.
2. Please do not use the pool if you have infectious or communicable diseases.
3. Please do not smoke anywhere within the swimming pool area.
4. Please do not bring foods, drinks into the pool.
5. Please shower before using the pool.
6. Please wear swimsuits while swimming and sunbathing (including children).
7. Children under 12 years old using the pool must be supervised by an adult.
8. Please do not run around the pool or jump/dive into the pool.
9. There is no lifeguard at the pool. You use the pool at your own risk.

• Pet policy (will be discussed further)

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions to Amaya Home, because we believe every guest, two- or four-legged, deserves a peaceful retreat. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask pet owners to follow these simple guidelines:

1. Service Animals: Certified service dogs assisting guests with disabilities are always welcome at no additional charge. Emotional support animals and therapy pets are subject to our standard pet fee.
2. Pets must be fully house-trained. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
3. For safety and comfort, we only service rooms when pets are either out of the suite or securely in a kennel. Our team can help schedule a convenient cleaning time.
4. Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times in public areas. To respect the tranquility of all guests, pets are not permitted in the dining room, spa, or pool area.
5. Please walk your pets only on paved or main dirt paths, and always under your supervision. Pets are not allowed to roam freely on the property.
6. To keep our space welcoming for everyone, pets are not allowed on furniture or in the swimming pool.
7. We ask for your help in keeping Amaya peaceful. Please ensure your pet does not cause noise or disturbances, such as excessive barking.
8. Owners are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning caused by their pets during the stay.
